Your browser has Javascript disabled. In order to use the proposal facility JavaScript will need to be activated. Instructions for activating Javascript vary according to the browser you are using. Instructions for the most common browsers are listed below. If your browser is not listed please refer to the browsers help instructions.

Internet Explorer (IE) Versions 6.0 onwards

• Click the Tools menu.
• Select Internet Options.
• Click the Security tab.
• Click the Custom Level button.
• Scroll down until you see the 'Scripting' section. Select the 'Enable' radio button for 'Active Scripting.'
• Click the OK button.
• If you see a confirmation window, click the Yes button.

Firefox Versions 3.6 onwards

• Click the Tools menu.
• Select Options.
• Click the Content tab.
• Select the 'Enable JavaScript' checkbox.
• Click the OK button.

Safari 2 or 3

• Click the Safari menu.
• Select Preferences.
• Click the Security tab.
• Select the 'Enable JavaScript' checkbox.

Opera

• Press F12 function key
• Click on Enable JavaScript

Google Chrome

• Click the "spanner" icon at the top right of the browser panel.
• Select Options.
• Click on Content Settings button.
• Click on JavaScript from the Features list
• Select the radio button "Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)."
• Click on the Close button
• Click on the Close button for "Google Chrome Options" pop-up
